Dear Bruce and Staff-

When we first got engaged, we had booked our wedding someplace else, not knowing that this place existed. The first time we stepped onto your property, we knew this was the place for our special day. We immediatley canceled our booking and came in the very next day to book with you.

Your help and words of encouragement up to and on our wedding day will never be forgotten. You and your staff did such a great job, that our guests are still raving about the food, service, and elegance you provided us.  A million thanks. You are now a part of our family.

How can we begin to thank you?! There wasn't a question in our minds where we were to hold this event. Without a doubt we knew it would be in your hands. However, what we experienced was far more then we could ever have asked for. The DJ and light show were absolutely incredible! We could't believe how gorgeous the hall looked with all those lights. That added such a beautiful touch to all the wedding photos too!

The photographer had been there quite a few times and she had definitly remarked that she had never seen the place look so wonderful. We could hardly settle ourselves enough to enjoy the meal and we never got a second to see the hors d'oeuvres. However, we heard rave reviews from almost half the guests how fantastic the food was from the beef wellingtons to the seafood newberg. The night just couldn't have flown more perfectly and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out.

Neither of us expected such an elegant and classy wedding. I know you wouldn't have had it any other way and I am glad that we left it in your hands. It was such an amazing night and we have you to thank for putting it together.

Just thought I would drop you a note- you will get our pictures soon in the mail. 12 days into our marriage we can't stop raving about Carey Lake and all of you. Our day was SO incredible and perfect, not a single complaint- only that it went by way to fast!!! We had such a wonderful time, you made everything perfect- the food, the stmosphere, EVERYTHING. I don't think we could ever thank you enough. You are such wonderful people and we will be visiting for sure.I just had to say love and thanks because you mean the world to us, we couldn't have asked for more, you gave us everything we could have ever dreamed.
